Batting Test is an on-line web cricket game by Rob Outram. It is a batting only game. On the screen is a representation of a cricket pitch showing you the line of middle stump and full pitch, good length or short deliveries. The computer will bowl the bowl and using your judgement of where the ball pitched and its direction select a short from a list. You only have a short time to make your decision (this has apparently been increased already). Make the right one and you see an nicely animated batsman striking the ball. Get it wrong and you lose your wicket.

The Batting Test site also contains animated coaching hints for batting, bowling and fielding.
